Union Meetings

Meetings will be on the second Saturday of every month. 

The E-Board will meet before the meeting at 9:30 am.
Union Meeting will start at 10:00am.

 WORK

 CMW - Rio Tinto job winding down OCT 10th.

AP&F - Sunnyside outage November 10th. 3 days and Nights. 15 people on each shift.

B&W - Has a Job Oct. 20 - Nov 20th in New Mexico at the Rio Grande PLant. Changing SSH Header.

PSSI - Finished the outage at Gadsby. No projects scheduled till next year.

CB&I - Has a project in Nevada building 53 Tanks. They will be needing some Stainless and Carbon wire feed weldes. October 20th. Local 549 Hurisdiction.

Great Basin Industrial - Has a project at the Micron plant in Boise, Idaho  building Tanks. Waiting for schedule update.

Bechtel - The Job in Kemmerrer Wyoming. They are looking to get Boilermakers on site 2026 August. Manpower outlook of 60 Boilermakers. 

TATA CHEMICALS, SOLVAY, RIO TINTO, SUNNYSIDE, GADSBY,HUNTER, HUNTINGTON, RIO GRANDE, JIM BRIDGER, GENESIS ALKALI, SIMPLOT

MSHA required to work at the Wyoming Trona plants. Please keep your MSHA certificate current. Call the Hall if you need to sign up for a class. Classes are given every month here in Salt lake city.
